For the month of July, there were a total of 73 transactions. Forty-four of those properties were residential dwellings and twenty-nine were land lots.

July 2016 proved to be yet another successful month for the Lake Oconee real estate market! We will begin this post by acknowledging that the nine properties shown above each sold for $1 Million or more in July 2016!! There were a total of 73 transactions, 44 of which were residential properties and the remaining 29, land lots. There were only 58 transactions in July 2015, so we are definitely seeing an increase in sales compared to where the market was at this time last year.
