The Vining Group at Keller Williams provides Lake Oconee Real Estate Market Statistics every month to keep you informed on what’s happening in the Lake Oconee real estate market.

We have created two tables of numerical data to help you see the number of homes/home sites that are available and where they are located; as well as, what is selling.  The first table shows properties within the following gated communities: Reynolds Lake Oconee, The Landing, Great Waters, Cuscowilla, Harbor Club, Waters Edge and Del Webb.  You will see the number of active properties as of July.  In addition, these tables show the number of sales from January through July 2018.  The second table includes the remaining Lake Oconee area communities for the same periods and divides them into lakefront properties, off water properties, and town homes / condos.
